Privacy Policy

This Policy describes how Stokd (stokdapp.com) processes users' personal data, including in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

When you sign up and use the Service: email address; name or nickname; avatar; when signing in with Google — the name, email, and avatar from your Google profile.

Automatically: IP address, browser data (user-agent), cookies, activity on the site (page and event views, reactions).

Content you publish: events, cover images, reviews.

To create and operate your account and sign you in; to publish and moderate events; to deliver in-service notifications; for statistics and service improvement; and to protect against spam and abuse.

Processing is based on your consent (given when signing up and using the Service) and on the necessity of performing the Terms of Service.

The Service uses its own cookies required for operation (session, selected city, language settings) and may use web analytics services for anonymized visit statistics.

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect forms from bots.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.

The site is hosted on the operator's server. Certain data is processed on the infrastructure of technology providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (bot protection), Google (Google sign-in). These providers' servers may be located outside the Russian Federation.

Data may be disclosed upon a lawful request from authorized government bodies.

Account data is stored for as long as the account exists. You can delete your account and associated data by sending a request to hello@stokdapp.com — we will fulfill it within a reasonable period not exceeding 30 days.

You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent. To do so, write to hello@stokdapp.com.

Connections to the Service are protected with HTTPS. Data access is restricted at the database level (role-based access policies); administrative access is limited to the Service administration.
